Are you ready to directly grow the Footprint Fund? There are 2 pathways

1. Make a contribution to the Footprint Fund that Climate Smart can use to create local offset projects, directly funding projects that meet the "additionality" measure but are hard to measure. Think of this contribution as a way to loosely offset your carbon footprint without the specificity of purchasing an offset (#2). For this, proceed to the online form below or send a check! The pool of contributions for #1 will likely support low-income home insulation, window upgrades, solar installations, and, hopefully, electrical appliance upgrades. 
   
   
2. Purchase a true carbon offset. If you need confirmation that you or your business receives the credit for retiring an exact amount of emissions for a certain price, this is your route. This is the path Clearwater Credit Union has taken, and the way that they can be "carbon neutral" in their operations. For this, contact Amy for the current price/metric ton of CO2e and for details on the projects that are in need of funds.
